Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Notice of cancellation must be in writing to Cancellation charges are as follows:
60 days notice or more 10%
59 to 30 days notice 25%
29 to 15 days notice 50%
14 to 8 days notice 75%
7 days or less 100%

Transfer to a later programme or a different programme more than 60 days before the programme start date may be permitted dependant upon availability and will be subject to the cancellation fees plus an administration fee of £100.

No refunds or credits will be accepted for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the date the service is scheduled for. The client may be permitted to substitute an alternative candidate by agreement with, and subject to an administration fee of £100.

The date and/or venue of training sessions may be altered or changed at's discretion without liability to the Client. will use its best endeavours to notify delegates of changes.
